At Kinora, we believe you deserve trustworthy, verifiable information to make the best choices for your situation. That’s why we’re expanding the Kinora Provider Network Directory.
In partnership with My Plan Manager Group (MPMG), instead of relying on ratings or opinions, we’re bringing real, data-backed insights into provider credibility.
By using MPMG’s rich data as proof of actual service delivery to NDIS participants, we’re creating a directory that’s built on trust, transparency, and real experience. This means less guesswork and more confidence in finding a provider for you or your loved one.

It's a list of all the disability service providers who have joined Kinora to be a contributing part of our supportive online NDIS community.

Kinora is an online support network dedicated to helping NDIS participants navigate the NDIS. To make our provider directory more useful, we have partnered with MPM Group to bring in real data about service providers.
Credibility Badges - providers who have delivered services to real NDIS clients within the MPMG network will receive credibility badging that gives you added confidence of their experience in working with NDIS participants.
Service Data - provider profiles will list MPMG verified data showing the services they have delivered by NDIS support category and in which states, making it easier to search and find services that match your needs, and who we can demonstrate have worked in those areas before.
More Providers - we’re inserting a list of MPMG’s qualifying service providers to help NDIS participants discover new and more service options.

My Plan Manager Group (MPMG) is the largest NDIS plan manager in Australia, supporting more than 70,000 clients and processing millions of NDIS support invoices every year.

It means the provider has been confirmed by MPMG as having supported at least 3 different NDIS participants in the last 3 month period. They have also been checked against NDIS compliance registers and have not been flagged to be of risk.
We use de-identified invoicing data to confirm that these providers have serviced 3 unique NDIS participants in the relevant time period.

Providers who have serviced more than 50 MPMG clients in the last 3 month period qualify for the Popular Choice badge.
Again, this is verified by reference to MPMG’s de-identified invoicing data.

Not at all! The status and badges only refer to what we can verify using the MPMG data that we have access to. Just because a provider doesn’t have a badge doesn’t mean that they aren’t experienced or popular.
It could mean that the NDIS participants they service don’t use MPMG. What it does mean, though, is that we can’t verify their level of experience or popularity, and so if that is important to you, you should do your own research.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the quality of service you will get from any provider that is listed on the Kinora Provider Network Directory. Just because a provider has had lots of clients, doesn’t mean it is necessarily of high quality.
The badges are a piece of information that you may like to consider, but you should always do your own research before choosing a provider.

Being on the Kinora Provider Network Directory is free. However, service providers can pay an additional fee to upgrade and list their services on the Kinora Marketplace.
Marketplace listings provide more details about a provider and their services, and allows you to book with them directly.
Directory listings provide only limited information about a provider and their services.

The Kinora Provider Network Directory uses real world data to confirm service providers who are supporting NDIS participants regularly, and every care is taken to list only providers who have not been flagged by any risk registers.
However, you still need to make your own assessment on the right fit for your needs. Everyone is different and it is important to do your own research. Talk to the provider, ask questions and see if they understand your needs. Our goal is to give you a good starting point, but the best choice is the one that feels right for you.

No, it is completely free to be included in the Service Provider Network directory.
You have the option of upgrading to a Marketplace listing to better showcase your business and its services for a monthly fee. Click here for more information on upgrading to Marketplace.

To get the "Confirmed" status, you need to be confirmed by MPMG for supporting at least 3 different MPMG Clients in the last 3 month period. You will also be checked against NDIS compliance registers to ensure you are not flagged as a risk.
You can lose your Confirmed badge and be removed from the directory if you do not continue to support at least 3 MPMG clients over the period. To stay in the Kinora Provider Network Directory, register to be a Kinora service provider. Your business profile will always be listed.

To get the Popular Choice credibility badge on your profile, MPMG must have recognised that you have delivered services to at least 50 of their NDIS clients in the last 3 month period. Badges are reassessed every 3 months to ensure that it is based on the most up to date data.

If you are registered as a service provider on Kinora, you can update your information by heading to your profile settings when logged in.
If you have been added to the directory as an MPMG confirmed provider, to update your information, you must register as a service provider on Kinora and claim your profile. For more information, email the Kinora team at contact@kinora.com.au with the subject line “Claim Profile.”
