New NDIS Ministers Announced

Following his reappointment as Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese has revealed a refreshed cabinet for his new term.

Mark Butler will take on a dual role as Minister for Health and Ageing, as well as Minister for Disability and the NDIS. He will continue to serve in the Cabinet.

Senator Jenny McAllister from New South Wales has been appointed as the dedicated Minister for the NDIS. However, she will serve in the Outer Ministry and will not be part of the Cabinet.

Amanda Rishworth, who stepped into the NDIS portfolio after Bill Shorten’s resignation, will now move into a new role as Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations.
